Block Crush: Brain Puzzle · Effective April 20, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026

Rowix LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the mobile game Block Crush: Brain Puzzle (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect directly

The App itself does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, precise location, or any other personal identifiers on our own servers.

The following data is stored only on your device so your progress persists between sessions:

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the App removes it.

2. Information collected by third parties

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure advertising, AdMob and its partners may collect and process:

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App asks for your permission via the system’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking-based advertising occurs. If you decline, AdMob will still serve ads but they will be non-personalized, and no advertising identifier will be shared with advertisers.

For details on how Google processes this data, see Google’s Advertising Privacy & Terms and AdMob’s data disclosure .

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

5. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you, (b) request correction or deletion, (c) object to or restrict processing, (d) request data portability, and (e) withdraw consent at any time. Since we do not maintain any server-side account, these rights are primarily exercised directly on your device (by deleting the App) or with Google via your device’s ad-settings menu.

6. Your rights (CCPA)

California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected in the prior 12 months, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell). You can contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

7. Opting out of personalized ads

8. Data retention

We do not retain personal data on our servers because we do not operate any. Any locally-stored data lives only on your device and is under your control. AdMob’s retention is described in Google’s advertising policy linked above.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes are effective when posted on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
