1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clear Aligners ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Clear Aligners is a personal aligner wear-time tracking application. The App helps users track daily wear time, manage tray change schedules, and build consistent aligner-wearing habits. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Clear Aligners is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is a personal tracking and reminder tool only.

The educational content provided within the App is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional dental or orthodontic advice. Always consult your orthodontist, dentist, or qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your aligner treatment.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information in the App. You use the App and follow any suggestions at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:

Monthly Premium — billed monthly
Annual Premium — billed annually

Subscription details:

Payment is charged through your Apple Account or Google Play account when the relevant store confirms the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store where you subscribed. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. For Google Play subscriptions, cancel before the next billing date to avoid another charge.
The relevant store shows the subscription price, billing period, renewal information and any eligible offer before purchase.
Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings, or Google Play subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
Any trial or introductory offer is subject to the eligibility and terms displayed by the relevant store.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment card details.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal tracking tool
Provide accurate treatment information during setup
Not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, animations, and software) are owned by Rowix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Treatment records are stored locally on your device. Operating-system backup and device transfer may include app data, depending on your settings. If you choose to export a report, you control where it is shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rowix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the App
Any reliance on information provided by the App
Any treatment decisions made based on the App's tracking data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App and on this page. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
