These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Farm Tale: Village Life (the “Game”) provided by Rowix LLC. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game except as permitted by law; (b) use cheats, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Game; (c) use the Game for any unlawful purpose; or (d) attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items such as coins and gems. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final and processed by Apple, and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We may modify, manage, or discontinue virtual items at any time.
The Game may display advertisements, including rewarded ads. Advertising is provided by third parties and is subject to their terms and policies.
The Game and all related content, artwork, characters, and trademarks are owned by Rowix LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited license above.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of Rowix LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
